Diane is a Florida native who moved to Cincinnati in 1996, when she married her husband Tom. They joined Legacy in 1997 and moved to Harrison in 2010. Diane and Tom have three children: Mark, Lindsey and Jen. Diane leads a Women's Life Group and is active with Whiz Kids and the Greeter program.
Greg Mathena has been a member of Legacy since October 1999 and an elder since April of 2002. He lives outside Bright Indiana with his wife Jawanda and 3 college kids, Valerie, Travis, and Brad. We also have a young granddaughter, Penny. Greg is employed as an airline pilot and regularly travels to China and South Korea. He also serves in the local volunteer fire department as an assistant chief.
Mike and his wife Jenny have been married 33 years and have two daughters, Rachel and Julie. Mike has been the owner of a retail optical store for 25 years, He and Jenny have been members of Legacy for 17 years. They have served as host for the youth group, life groups and various meetings. Mike has filled several positions within the church and community and is currently a Trustee on the Legacy Board. Mike and Jenny also assist with the Legacy food pantry and Christ Loving Hands. Mike was installed as an elder on 1-10-2016.
Mike Mains gave his life to Christ when he was 27 years old. He finally figured out by then, that he could not do this thing called life on his own and surrendered to the Savior. He married his high school sweetheart, Willisa Redford, in 1989 and together they are raising four wonderful children: Alex, Josh Liz and Zhen. He has been actively involved in youth ministry for many years and has helped organize, coach and referee Legacy’s Upward ministry since 2004. He attends a Monday Morning Men’s Life Group that is led by Rob Power and meets at the Harrison Cracker Barrel.
Mike is retired from the Cincinnati Police Force after 28 years and Fifth Third Bank after 12 years. He has served in many capacities at Mt. Healthy Christian Church, First Christian Church (Middletown) and Walnut Hills Christian Church. He is a father of 3 and a grandfather to 8, both of which he enjoys very much. Mike was installed as an elder on 1-11-2015.
Pam is humbled, honored, and excited to be serving as an elder. She has lived in the Harrison area for most of her life. She and her husband, Kirk, have been married for 22 years and have been members of Legacy for about 16 years. They have 3 children, Rachel, Natalie, and Seth. Pam works in the library at Harrison High School. Pam and Kirk have led worship for Kidz World for the past 13 years. In the past, she also served as a Life Group leader and in the Women's Ministry. Pam was installed as an elder on 1-11-2015.
